    Genius Hour #4: Columbia's Nacional Pajaro

    Columbia's nacional pajaro es el Andean Condor. Es de gran grande pajaro. El tiene un envergadura mas de 10.5 feet! El es famoso para vuelo en de gran alto alturas. Es considerado casi presagiar especie.

    Sándwiches de Masa Plegada de Carne de Res y Chorizo Picante 


    Prueba un sabroso platillo de la familia de los tacos con una deliciosa carne horneada.

    Ingredientes

    • 1/2 libra de carne de res molida magra (al menos 80%)
    • 1/2 libra de de chorizo de cerdo italiano picante sin envasar
    • 1 paquete (1 onza) de mezcla para sazonar tacos Old El Paso®
    • 1 lata (14.5 onzas) de tomates en cubos con chiles verdes, sin escurrir
    • 4 1/2 tazas de mezcla Bisquick® Original
    • 1 taza de agua hirviendo
    • 1 taza de mezcla de queso mexicano rallado (4 onzas)
    • 3/4 taza de crema agria
    • 3/4 taza de salsa Thick 'n Chunky Old El Paso®
    • Ramitas de cilantro fresco, opcional

    Instrucciones

    • Calienta el horno a 400 °F. Engrasa una bandeja para galletas grande con grasa (shortening) o aceite de cocina en aerosol.
    • En una sartén de 10 pulgadas, cocina la carne y el chorizo a fuego medio-alto de 5 a 7 minutos, revolviendo de vez en cuando hasta que estén completamente cocidos; escurre. Incorpora la mezcla para sazonar tacos y los tomates y revuelve. Reduce el fuego a medio; cocina durante 5 minutos, revolviendo de vez en cuando.
    • Mientras tanto, en un bol grande, coloca la mezcla Bisquick y el agua hirviendo y remueve con un tenedor hasta que se forme una masa. En una superficie espolvoreada con mezcla Bisquick, haz rodar la masa sobre la mezcla para que se cubra; amasa 20 veces. Divide la masa en 6 bolas, aproximadamente 1/2 taza cada una. Amasa o aplasta cada bola para formar un redondel de 7 pulgadas.
    • Incorpora el queso a la mezcla de carne y revuelve. Con una cuchara, coloca alrededor de 1/2 taza de la mezcla de carne sobre la mitad de cada redondel. Humedece el borde del redondel con agua. Dobla la masa por la mitad sobre el relleno; presiona los bordes con un tenedor para sellar. Haz 3 pequeños cortes en la parte superior de cada masa para permitir que salga el vapor. Con cuidado, traslada a la bandeja para galletas con una espátula.
    • Hornea de 20 a 22 minutos o hasta que tomen un color ligeramente dorado. Sirve cada sándwich plegado con 2 cucharadas de crema agria y 2 de salsa. Decora con cilantro.

Rufous Horneo vidas en a arcilla nido. La Rufous Horneo es a precioso pajaro. Rufous Horneo es tambien Uruguay’s nacional pajaro. La Rufous Horneo tiene a con forma de cuadrado rabo.
